As a Reading Specialist and Orton-Gillingham Teacher, I will ensure that your child receives explicit support tailored to their needs.

With over a decade of experience supporting diverse learners, I specialize in working with children who struggle with reading, including those with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. I use the Orton-Gillingham approach, a proven, multisensory, structured method that builds strong decoding, encoding, and comprehension skills.

As an Orton Gillingham Certified Teacher, every lesson is written prescriptively based on your child's needs. Initial assessments are gathered and lessons are based on the science of reading. Every 50 minute lesson ends with a focus of listening to your child read and watch them gain the confidence to be successful in the classroom. My virtual tutoring sessions are tailored to each student’s individual strengths and challenges, ensuring instruction is personalized, supportive, and engaging. My goal is to empower students to become confident, independent readers while fostering a lifelong love of learning.
